“I needed to buy replacement pieces in the Royal Worcester Serendipity Platinum range and my original store (House of Fraser) has closed down, so I was very pleased to find this company stocking it and also selling pieces individually and not just in sets. The order was processed and sent efficiently and the items were very well wrapped to prevent breakage.”

“I was delighted by eCookshop's service. Why? I treated myself to some lovely Villeroy & Boch wine glasses. The price was the best on offer, so I ordered from eCookshop. Everything went smoothly and the glasses were delivered within days. I was amazed at the care taken with the packing. Not only was there a mass of cushioning around the boxes of glasses, but each individual box of 4 glasses had been opened and cushioning wrap place below and above each and every glass within! I've bought glassware online before, but I've never seen such thoughtfulness in making sure nothing was broken en route. Thank you SO much!”
