“I have completed the online First Aid at Work course with ECHO3 and found it to be excellent. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and very informative. The online format was clear and engaging, making it easy to understand the content and complete the training at my own pace. I would highly recommend this course to anyone requiring First Aid at Work training.”

“The course content was really useful, and the video were short enough to hold attention, with lots of relevant points. There was some repetition in the material - whilst this may be deliberate to reinforce key points, I found it irritating for such a short course. One of the videos was missing, and was flagged to Echo3, but I've not been able to go back and review that content. The course was much longer than the description (there were 11 sections, rather than the 6 listed in the course description) and it took much longer to complete than the '50 minutes' as advertised: it was closer to 2 hours. The LMS didn't offer any indexing nor progress indicator; there was also no possibility to pause learning and go back to either review key areas nor resume last unit/section covered. Overall, good material, but poor implementation.”

“Your website failed to allow me to proceed to the last segment of the training. Thankfully there was a fairly rapid response to my email requesting help, hence the two stars otherwise it would have been one star. The solution was to use a different browser. This failed too at the same place. Disappointingly this took another half hour to discover as I was forced to do the whole training again. The next solution recommended did work but an hour long task had taken me closer to three hours to complete. This is my second time using this company but I will be looking elsewhere in three year’s time when my training needs renewing.”

“Quick, and simple to follow - and useful information. But check the organasaton you are doing it for accept online course work. I have been told that the organisation I was doing it for only accept face-to-face certification.”
