“Banksman course was ideal for what we needed. Took less than 70 minute's to search the internet, find Echo3 , Book and pay for 2 operatives , who then completed course !!!”

“The course content format was clear, interesting and easy to understand. Unfortunately the unit on hygiene and handwashing was missing and presented as a bank screen. Fortunately I had access to duplicate content from a friends face to face classroom session”

“Trying to make an account took us an hour and a half. On the main site there’s only an option to log in not sign up. we went to another echo3 site to make an account but it was a whole other system and didn’t work the same as the first one. i had no clue how to work it and we went back to trying to first one. by the time we actually bought the courses we were exhausted. ridiculous doesn’t even cover the amount of time and energy went into just making an account. absolutely atrocious.”
