“I think the videos could benefit from some more indication of their duration, or progress through the course as I felt like there was some repetitive moments which were confusing. It would be good to give an indication of where the tests are going to occur prior to the course. The voice acting was good, however think that some of the audio quality suffers during the speech, there are sections with seemingly differing audio and it was a little distracting to my ears. Thanks”

“The Echo-3 PAT Training Course was recommended to me by a qualified electrician. I found the Course extremely helpful with its step by step progression through the need and requirements of PAT testing. You progress through the Course at your own pace, with the option of returning to previous sections for clarification if need be. There is a multi-choice quiz / test at the end of the on-line course ~ after which, if 80% or higher is scored, a Certificate of Competence to undertake PAT testing is issued. I found the Course extremely helpful, well presented, easy to follow and excellent value for money. My only puzzle is that I answered every question correctly, first time, but I only received a 9/10 score! There was no explanation as to why I did not score 10/10!”

“I purchased the Slinger / Signaller course. No issues with the actual service, or even the content within the course, but the learning platform is borderline unusable. It is video content based, which sometimes takes an age to change slides, and others changes far too quickly. Also everytime you exit the course material and reopen you have to start from the very beginning again, which is frustrating. The navigation between sections is difficult to find and use and there are points in the course where the same slides are repeated from earlier.”
