“Same course as I took three years ago, it seemed like. You are still unable to get the verb "to practise" correct in your presentation. In UK English the verb has an s and the noun a c. I'm assuming your course is intended for UK use. Let's see if you emend it if I take your course again.”

“So, the course looks good, but - I started on mobile, decided the screen was too small and switched to laptop, only to be issued a certificate and be kicked out of being able to watch the video. I wrote to you and got a prompt response the next day, and was able to access the course again . I then started watching the video, got half way thru the first section only to have a power cut (problematic, I'm off-grid) and have been issued another certificate. I'm going to try watch the course again tonight/tomorrow and I'm hoping I can still access the content - it looks clear and concise so far, but being thrown out the system is incredibly frustrating. I personally would prefer it if I can access the material after completion too - sometimes it's nice to do a little revision”
