Your website failed to allow me to proceed to the last segment of the training. Thankfully there was a fairly rapid response to my email requesting help, hence the two stars otherwise it would have been one star. The solution was to use a different browser. This failed too at the same place. Disappointingly this took another half hour to discover as I was forced to do the whole training again. The next solution recommended did work but an hour long task had taken me closer to three hours to complete. This is my second time using this company but I will be looking elsewhere in three year’s time when my training needs renewing.

The proofreading and editing of the slides and the soundtrack was quite poor, with typos, missing words, slides in the wrong order itself. Also, the level of the test at the end seemed much lower than the level of detail in the course - it felt like the test had been written to ensure a pass, rather than as a test that the participant had learnt the course content. Most of the questions could have been guess or deduced by someone who hadnt read the course content.

Internet on my side was perfect but courses froze and didn’t show full course I had to exit courses multiple times

I purchased the Slinger / Signaller course. No issues with the actual service, or even the content within the course, but the learning platform is borderline unusable. It is video content based, which sometimes takes an age to change slides, and others changes far too quickly. Also everytime you exit the course material and reopen you have to start from the very beginning again, which is frustrating. The navigation between sections is difficult to find and use and there are points in the course where the same slides are repeated from earlier.

Hi Geron, We've emailed your certificate 3 times. 10am today, 11.08am and 11.47am. If you are not getting these emails attachments maybe blocked by your email providers. I will send you an email without an attachment to test now. Rgs, Echo3

Unfortunately the forestry commission and all the main timber buyers in the north will not accept this certificate

A well presented course but not really much of a challenge, very basic and not essentially NEBOSH Diploma material but good for a beginner.

I thought the course overall was poor quality. Presented badly, many spelling mistakes, poor quality materials, structured badly. I would not have confidence that my team would come away with a proper learning experience.

Whilst well put together in the main, there are some irritating parts. 1: There are screens where it says click for more info - and yet there is nowhere to click. The accent of the narrator is American, which for a UK course is illogical (as they mispronounce words) and finally, there are spelling errors, which is not ok if you are paying for a course.

Pretty poor content overall, for the price its to be expected suppose, feels like it was put together by basic ai system or something.

Took the first-aid test 6 times before it registered me with a 13/ 15 score Very slow an unresponsive.

I foUnd getting the IT right was difficult. I have between through it twice. The first time it wouldn’t finish unit 4 and the second unit 5 would not load.
