“Same course as I took three years ago, it seemed like. You are still unable to get the verb "to practise" correct in your presentation. In UK English the verb has an s and the noun a c. I'm assuming your course is intended for UK use. Let's see if you emend it if I take your course again.”

“So, the course looks good, but - I started on mobile, decided the screen was too small and switched to laptop, only to be issued a certificate and be kicked out of being able to watch the video. I wrote to you and got a prompt response the next day, and was able to access the course again . I then started watching the video, got half way thru the first section only to have a power cut (problematic, I'm off-grid) and have been issued another certificate. I'm going to try watch the course again tonight/tomorrow and I'm hoping I can still access the content - it looks clear and concise so far, but being thrown out the system is incredibly frustrating. I personally would prefer it if I can access the material after completion too - sometimes it's nice to do a little revision”

“The curriculum is good but the teaching method is very irritating! One of the irritations is that the speaker's voice is always mixed with the text!!! Then the pause for rereading and memorizing is placed at the bottom of the screen and has a very delayed reaction! (it would have been correct if the freeze frame had a place for every pixel of the screen!!!!). So, either make changes or the three-star rating is well deserved!!”

“Went on for work Quiz didn’t work Told to use chrome coz don’t work on edge Otherwise great clear course knits in well with EFAW and cross references other course learning. Catastrophic bleeding section not covered in EFAW but covered here so great for forest, good value at £40”

“A very basic general health and safety course. Pay attention as there is a quiz at the end! I noticed quite a few spelling mistakes in the text which i thought looked unprofessional. Hence the 3/5 score”

“The course was a shortened version but covered all the key points. Previous course I did was 6 hours and this was one hour. The only thing I would point out is it didn't go into cooking, reheating and hot holding temperatures enough. As these are critical, especially for newbies to food hygiene I was disappointed. If there had been more in-depth about critical temps, and questions on it at the end I would have given 5 stars.”

“The course was well presented and very user friendly. That in itself was five star but unfortunately I had to contact the staff for help to download my certification. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Else it was overall a good experience.”

“A good value food hygiene course. I found the various proof reading errors on a number of pages very irritating. The level 3 course didn't seem as detailed as a previous course I've done with a different provider”

“Your website has problems which is irritating, my half written review just dissapeared so I had to start over. Also I cannot find my new cert on the website only the old one. And there is a spelling mistake on the cert itself. The help by email was good though.”

“The interface is very difficult to use and temperamental. On a pc the video went blank directly at the start of each module. On a phone the controls were hard to use and had a larglag time. As to content, this is fine and easy to follow.”
