“Trying to make an account took us an hour and a half. On the main site there’s only an option to log in not sign up. we went to another echo3 site to make an account but it was a whole other system and didn’t work the same as the first one. i had no clue how to work it and we went back to trying to first one. by the time we actually bought the courses we were exhausted. ridiculous doesn’t even cover the amount of time and energy went into just making an account. absolutely atrocious.”

“I couldnt access the quiz to get a certificate. I tried phoning the number, I emailed no response. So I sat the course which was informative but without the certificate it means nothing”

“Can y’all respond to the email sent to you since Saturday? How could you write a name of another person on my certificate? Priscillia only helped me to make the payment she’s not the one doing the course. Kindly change the name on the certificate to Richard U. Uche not Priscillia Oseghale.”

“Way too basic. Covers mostly things that are obvious. Went instead with CS Coaching Systems. It was US focused, but was 3 hours long and detailed. And about the same price.”

“H2S Course was listed as passed before I even completed the course. Actually, I think a "completed" was granted as soon as I paid for the H2S course. No knowledge test was given. I clicked out of the course and could not return to it as it was already listed as completed. I did not go through all the slides.”

“Poor quality, the videos cover minimum basic (which you can actually find for free on youtube). Quite often videos won't upload, so you need to go back several times and it's still not guarantee you an access. I'll try one more time to finish these videos, however, I'd say that was the waste of money.”

Hi, if the videos aren't loading its likely due to low bandwidth. Connect to the internet via wi-fi (as opposed to a phone 3g/4g signal) and I'm sure you will be fine. Here to help if required. Rgs, Echo3

“One of my collgeges just completed the course. today 05/09/2024 and the certificate produced at the end of the course sayes 02/08/2021. How is this possible!!”
