The videos took forever to load. It took two hours to complete the one hour course.

Hi Wendy, If you were on a phone with 3G connection or worse the course will load slowly. Each video is around 3MB. Ideally its best to connect your phone or desktop to wi-fi. If we used photos like many eLearning options the slides would be smaller. However at the moment we feel the richer video media is worth the extra file sizes. Best regards, Echo3 team.

Couldn’t get it to work properly. Kept on stopping and starting and crashing. Had to purchase the course elsewhere so was a complete waste of money as never managed to complete the course.

I was not able to complete training online as the software was not supported. I've since gone on to discover that the standard of this particular course is not acceptable on every site. A waste of time and money.

I’m busy with my videos and then it goes back to the beginning of the course I’m struggling to do my course not worth the money

***AVOID *** Paid £9 and took the online course as I needed a food hygiene certificate ASAP. Came to the end and took the test, passed but couldn’t access the certificate. Went back and it said I’d only done 50% of the course so I tried to go back but it only took me to the test which I took a further twice. Passed both times again but still couldn’t access the certificate. Looked on the site no telephone number so emailed them 2 weeks ago. No response whatsoever. Suspect they are a SCAM company. *** AVOID***
