“Course was very good value and easy to follow . Training modules were clear and concise. Completion test was easy to follow and every question was well posed . Slightly confusing when it came to receiving the certificate which was swiftly corrected by the site Administrator. I will be using this company again and have recommended it to friends and colleagues.”

“I used my iPhone to complete the course. Unfortunately the video only opened to a fraction of the screen size. Tried numerous times to enlarge or turn phone on the side, but nothing seemed to work. Apart from that, course content and price very good. Customer service on telephone was very quick and helpful.”

“The course is clear and covers the essential matrial around manual lifting. I liked the T.I.L.E model of risk assessment they use - it is simple, easy to remember and works. It is a bit rapid inmllaces but you can re-run sections.”

“Concise course covering basic first aid, felt the layout of the site and on the course could have been clearer - it felt like the course had started mid way through a module. Quite a few grammar errors too which isn't great. Overall, it did the job. Thanks”
