“Unfortunately my items were supposed to be next day delivery. Waiting in all day but nothing came. Called EBC and was informed my items wasn't posted at all ( their mistake ). Arranged for next day delivery. Given a time slot for delivery which was missed. Called EBC and was told I would get a call back. No call back came. Items eventually arrived but lost 2 days off. Very poor.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Order was placed on line, all items were shown as in stock. Nothing happened, after a week checked the order status, that showed as With Warehouse. Filled in on-line enquiry form on web site, nothing happened. Phoned the customer number, was promised a call back that day, Nothing happened. Three days later received email to say rear brakes would take at least two months to deliver (they were NOT in stock) Agreed to have just front set delivered. Another week passed, nothing happened. Will be cancelling entire order for a refund, I don’t expect anything will happen!”
