“Ordered mountain bike brake pads, very small low value item, have seen the delivery driver twice with the small.package in hand (easily small enough to fit in letter box) , refused to leave as no answer and sent back to supplier . Still not recieved .Should have bought locally in shop .”

“Your lady I dealt with was excellent, please thank her. The fact that one of the items showing as in stock was not and then being advised they and that they were no longer being manufactured was not brilliant. There were also other sillies. A shame really as have indirectly purchased a lot of EBC products over the years. David Dawson.”

“I’m still awaiting delivery of my brake pads, 10 days after they were supposed to be delivered!”

“I ordered the discs in February I was initially told they would be with me in 2-3 weeks, eventually the order came in October every time I enquired about the order they where 2-3 weeks away from being sent out to me.”

“Pads are so badly made they rattle around in the calliper. Absolute waste of money. Everyone I spoke to at the track day yesterday said only idiots use ebc”

“Unfortunately my items were supposed to be next day delivery. Waiting in all day but nothing came. Called EBC and was informed my items wasn't posted at all ( their mistake ). Arranged for next day delivery. Given a time slot for delivery which was missed. Called EBC and was told I would get a call back. No call back came. Items eventually arrived but lost 2 days off. Very poor.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Order was placed on line, all items were shown as in stock. Nothing happened, after a week checked the order status, that showed as With Warehouse. Filled in on-line enquiry form on web site, nothing happened. Phoned the customer number, was promised a call back that day, Nothing happened. Three days later received email to say rear brakes would take at least two months to deliver (they were NOT in stock) Agreed to have just front set delivered. Another week passed, nothing happened. Will be cancelling entire order for a refund, I don’t expect anything will happen!”

“I ordered brakes with the fact that they were supposed to be in stock, at first the payment gateway failed and after solving these unpleasant problems, I now received an email saying that the brakes are not in stock and I will receive them maybe in a month. That's the month of my season, maybe more. I am definitely not satisfied with that!”

“I ordered pads on next-day delivery for use @ an event. 1 week later the pads still haven't arrived, with no communication from the company. I rate the product massively but would hesitate to sue the shop if I was in a tight squeeze, favoring a reliable retailer.”

“Ordered brake kit on a Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday, after 8 days was told no stock. Will be available between end of May and end of July. Quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to send your order.”

“First time customer, Unable to find proof of order in email and the same email that i used to register an account with was not recognised when trying to log back in to review order which was Ireland bound and i ordered on st patricks day and saw the promotional discount (STPATRICK15) but when checking out the place to enter the code was microscopic and didn't notice until the second i clicked pay in the hopes that a seperate page would appear before confirmation of payment, pretty disappointed as was prepared to buy more products for my car at the end of the month and now i am unsure if this one is even coming even though the payment has gone through in my banking app”
