Ordered front and rear brake pad sets for my motorbike. Unfortunately the "Bike Finder" doesn't work for Triumph motorbikes. You can see only 3-4 bikes in the model selector and then the rest is a huge group which you cannot select as seen in the screenshot That's the reason for 3 stars. Otherwise it was easy to order and my order was delivered in a timely manner. I would order from the website again.

Why 3 stars? I needed to ask a question so sent a WhatsApp message. I got an automated reply (it was out of hours) saying they would get back to me. Well, that didn't happen. But the delivery was quick and painless.

Very disappointed customer, I was unable to enter the discount code on line ordering and also wasn’t offered discount over the phone when placing an order, when you state discount available for trf members.

I used their parts compatibility selector for brake pads for a motorcycle I was due to work on, puchased brake pads advised would fit and they don't. I had to pay to return them and the cost to purchase the correct set with postage was more expensive than other retailers. If the parts compatibility was correct the issue wouldn't have happened. To get the return going took emails back and forth also, overall I shall not be using EBC directly again.

i ordered 2 brake discs for my gpz1000rx which i received on the 19th of may however only 1 disc was in the package, so i emailed ...twice and had no reply so i phoned and a very nice chap said he would get one sent out on the tuesday as it was bank holiday monday, so no parcel had turned up by friday so i called again, once again i was told sorry we will get one sent out next week, friady came again no parcel. so i called and a member of staff said he would look into this to see why it hadnt been sent and he said ill call you back, im still waiting for the call back, so i called again and a chap called Ikea said he would sort it and yes he did i received my other disc nearly four weeks for your mistake to be put right this is really shocking service, i have missed my mot ive also lost £45 on a classic bike rally i was going to attend too. I am a very patient chap and i know some times items are out of stock but really nearly 4 weeks to rectify a its not good. Hopefully next time i place an order your service will be better.

I had the change the front pads on my bike which has dual discs. Using the contact us pop up on the web site, I asked how many sets of pads I needed to order for the bike was 1 or 2? The answer given was 1. Wrong!! It should have been 2. I also had to wait for approx. 4 weeks to receive the first set of pads as they weren’t in stock which I wasn’t told when I ordered them.

I would have given you 5 stars for your efficient and prompt service, however the attached photograph shows the condition of my parcel on delivery. Miracurously the contents appeared complete and undamaged.

Ordered front and rear motorcycle brake pads online. Everything appeared ok. I.e. no indication of stock shortfalls. After placing my order and making payment I received an email some hours later to say the front pads were out of stock and I would have to wait several weeks for a back order from the manufacturer, which is what happened. Disappointing that the online order system is not linked to stock availability.

Brake pads required some filing down of their metal backing plate as otherwise they were too tight a fit in the caliper

Delivery took a week.. The pads didnt have the small holes in for the anti-rattle springs(had to drill out)

had EBC brakes for eons. Hate the search facility on the site though type in a vehicle and then spend 20 minutes searching through the preferences to find the vehicle - As the search is not held under any convention I sometimes dont know if i am buying for the appropriate vehicle.

Fast next day delivery but I would expect a "full brake kit" to include the pad sensors, a set of pad clips and some copper grease.
