“The parts I ordered were incorrect, they were not compliant with my bike even though the website said they were. I emailed 3 times and sent a website form but had no response. I ended up calling and was met with a pretty unhelpful response. I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund.”

“All good. Great to be able to get high quality brake pads for a rare bike (WK 400 Trail). Hard to rate delivery time or cost as everything got very held up as I was charged extra Brexit taxes - not EBC's fault, but something to be aware of if you're buying bits in Ireland. The original cost was doubled! On the plus side the pads look good and I'm looking forward to fitting them.”

“Why 3 stars? I needed to ask a question so sent a WhatsApp message. I got an automated reply (it was out of hours) saying they would get back to me. Well, that didn't happen. But the delivery was quick and painless.”

“This was the first time using the EBC store I found the website easy to navigate and find the correct pads for my Harley. They kept me informed on delivery times and they were delivered next working day. I got a great price for quality pads and will definitely use this store in the future”

“I used their parts compatibility selector for brake pads for a motorcycle I was due to work on, puchased brake pads advised would fit and they don't. I had to pay to return them and the cost to purchase the correct set with postage was more expensive than other retailers. If the parts compatibility was correct the issue wouldn't have happened. To get the return going took emails back and forth also, overall I shall not be using EBC directly again.”

“Proving elusive to find a rear disc for my old Aprilia RST 1000 Futura and being sent incompatible parts by others. EBC came good with a quality product outshining oe fitment Brembos. Made sure to fit their pads too. Recommended”
