“Ordered mountain bike brake pads, very small low value item, have seen the delivery driver twice with the small.package in hand (easily small enough to fit in letter box) , refused to leave as no answer and sent back to supplier . Still not recieved .Should have bought locally in shop .”

“Very quick and alert customer service. Due to a browser or webshop issue my order was seen as a UK mainland order instead of an abroad EU order. They contacted within two hours and rectified the issue. Also got a refund of the VAT very short thereafter. As a civilian of the Netherlands I always buy my EBC brake parts here, but this reinforces my confidence. So, will definitely buy again next time (and thereafter...).”

“I have bought these for my S5 and I can confidently say these are a lot better than factory pads, have a really nice solid firm and confident feel to them, but not brabby at the same time, people say yellow ones make noise but they don't seem to for me.”
