Unfortunately my items were supposed to be next day delivery. Waiting in all day but nothing came. Called EBC and was informed my items wasn't posted at all ( their mistake ). Arranged for next day delivery. Given a time slot for delivery which was missed. Called EBC and was told I would get a call back. No call back came. Items eventually arrived but lost 2 days off. Very poor.
