“delivery exc😁but wrong spring supplied that rubbed on inside of hub,causing a squeek,fitted old springs and ok,braking very good👍”

“All good. Great to be able to get high quality brake pads for a rare bike (WK 400 Trail). Hard to rate delivery time or cost as everything got very held up as I was charged extra Brexit taxes - not EBC's fault, but something to be aware of if you're buying bits in Ireland. The original cost was doubled! On the plus side the pads look good and I'm looking forward to fitting them.”

“The service that I received was good, the brake pads were ok, I was confused by the advert/order method because I understood that the price was for only one pad but it was for a pair, consequently I bought more than I required.”

“EBC do a good job, FEDEX, their courier in this instance, weren't really very good. poor and incorrect information from their tracking. We waited in after the text offering delivery window, no show. At the end of the day updated to a new date, so we changed plans, then we got a text for delivery on another day, earlier and had to change plans again. Change courier guys, they are letting you down.”

“Brake pads received after a failed delivery from FedEx, perhaps the delivery drivers should be taught to ring the door bell? No invoice with the delivery which is useful for tracking goods etc.”

“Parts I need not in stock but pr-order accepted and estimated delivery in 3 weeks. EBC contacted me to thank me for the order and offered to look for an alternative to the Yellow Stuff that I wanted but I said that 3 week delay was ok for me. Not delivered yet so no more response appropriate.”

“Ordered a set of clutch springs. Wanted the the associated clutch kit too, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Postage cost was high, but the springs did arrive very quickly, so I guess it was good value.”
