“I ordered brakes with the fact that they were supposed to be in stock, at first the payment gateway failed and after solving these unpleasant problems, I now received an email saying that the brakes are not in stock and I will receive them maybe in a month. That's the month of my season, maybe more. I am definitely not satisfied with that!”

“I ordered pads on next-day delivery for use @ an event. 1 week later the pads still haven't arrived, with no communication from the company. I rate the product massively but would hesitate to sue the shop if I was in a tight squeeze, favoring a reliable retailer.”

“Ordered brake kit on a Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday, after 8 days was told no stock. Will be available between end of May and end of July. Quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to send your order.”

“I recently ordered some rear pads for my Tiger 800 after finding EBC to be very competitively priced. The pads arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Very happy with their service! So much so, I've just ordered pads for the front after noticing the pads were getting thin!”
