Slow to update order status and shipping notification; and needed regular chasing to find out what was happening when there was a problem and then to get progress with a refund (due to a factory inventory error, part of my order turned out to be unavailable).

My order has yet to be delivered, I see from looking at my account details my order is still listed as Warehouse Picking, I placed my order 6 days ago.

I still have not received brake pads 4 days later listed as 24/48 HR delivery.

Its not a fast delivery I need rear pads for my 140 VW transporter which should be on the shelf and sent out the next day. I am still waiting.

I feel that they need to urgently address the issue of no email confirmation of order or Invoice. The other issue is that I place a question online regarding not having a clear entry field to place the discount code provided. I was never contacted regarding this question and the submission of the question did not produce any confirmation that the question had been received. The delivery was quick and efficient but having to call to get clarity on discounts and get the associated discount funds back is poor for an online business. And even to this point I have not seen the invoice or the funds returned!!!!

Ordered yellowstuff pads as it said next day delivery , then after I had paid it told me it would be more than a week due to stock taking, I needed them in a rush for a trackday, so I'm not happy as It sould have said the delay before I paid, then I would have gone somewhere else for them, so I'm not happy at all as I'm still waiting for them

Purchased a brake kit for both front and rear, and supplied no brake wear sensors, called them to query this and it took them 10 mins to tell me that that particular set doesn’t come with them but can be purchased separately. Not exactly a brake kit is it if it’s not complete. And no mention of this on the website nor any indication that the kit isn’t a complete kit. Poor really poor

I ordered some disks and pads, on the website Said they were in stock, placed the order instantly as I need the products for fitting this weekend, check my profile as soon as I placed the order and come to realise the products that said they were in stock are out of stock on back order and I didn’t get notified.

I think your logo should be changed to FAST (AND COSTLY) EUROPEAN DELIVERY! I was very disappointed to receive a bill for 32.50 Euros from DHL before they would deliver my £47 brake pads in France! I first suspected an Email scam, but it would seem not so. I suppose it's just another "Brexit Bonus" but as this was the first time it has happened to me it came as a shock and there was no mention/warning that this might happen when I purchased. Having ticked the Europe symbol and paid for the delivery in Euros I perhaps naively expected the goods to be dispatched from a European warehouse but this was obviously not so! Rest assured that having been once bitten I shall not be purchasing from you again until this can be sorted out, at the very least there should be a warning that there may be extra charges levied before delivery is made! This is all the more disappointing as I have previously had excellent results from your products and hope their current performance is not linked to that of sales/marketing! Very Disappointed of France.

There was no warning from EBC BRAKE SHOP about Import Tax that I had to pay. I only received an email from DHL that I have to pay it and I could not cancel my order.

I ordered a set of discs and pads (£270) which the website said were in stock, paid, and then received an email saying that there are no discs. I called the sales team to be told that I could wait 2 weeks to have a set drilled and grooved. I declined and went elsewhere. After 3 days, I am still waiting for my refund.

My stupid fault but EBC should make it clear that shipment is from UK and that huuuuuuuuge taxes have to be paid. Another 50% on top!

ordered brakes and discs set said there was 6 in stock and when i rang them up they seemed to have none in stock but payment was still excepted

the process was okay, I was able to pick the correct brakes for my car and order to my address. I was advised that the brakes would be delivered in 48-72 hours however that was not the case. My order is now expected to arrive a week after I've ordered and I've also been fined an import tax of €50. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew.

Website offers next day delivery which is not available at the weekend. Clarity please on your website. This led to days of delay with the machine off the road. Disappointed to say the least. Unnecessary and avoidable.
