The product arrived and the glass cover was made out of cheap plastic. When I asked to return, they refused saying its what I ordered. I didn't realise it wasn't even glass (I've never even seen a frame made of a plastic) The product arrived 2 weeks late, no concessions or apologies for that. When I phoned they didn't phone back but emailed basically explaining away their cheap product and cheap service. I can't use the frame and they got £60.

When the frames arrived I found that they obscured part of the artwork. I contacted Easy-Frame and was told that they were made to the specified size. After several emails backwards and forwards it became apparent that Easy-Frame could not grasp the concept that the whole of the artwork should be visible. They kept on quoting sizes, rebates etc and said that I should have known because of the rebate the whole of the artwork would not be visible. Do they not check such things? A truly professional company would. They refused to replace the frames or give a refund. They will not get any more business from me. I have found suitable frames on line from Wilkinsons and there are many other sources for frames that are less than half the price that Easy-Frame charge for supposedly “made to measure frames” Be aware that this company (despite their claims) are not Customer friendly.

Please don't use this company. Do they even exist? I have emailed three times and called and no reply. I have order over £90 worth of frames almost three weeks ago and not heard a thing! I would be delighted if some one would check their emails and reply please - then I will happily alter my review to reflect this.

We purchased frames a few weeks ago, I expected a delay due to current situation. However we didn't get a single email, text or any form of confirmation of order. We did receive a text from Easy-Frame saying our parcel would be delivered 2 days ago yet still no items have arrived. The first form of confirmation was a delivery text which is not even correct. You cant use the online chat, I was in queue position 1 for over two hours on more than 1 occasion. Very poor experience.

I dont trust reviews anymore. The frames delivered to me were badly made. None of the corners met. after sending them back I received what look like the same batch back again. A lot of wasted time and disappointment.

This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received from any company. The frames I ordered arrived completely the wrong size from what I had asked for, and the company despite being sent evidence completely refused to give me a refund or remake the frames correctly. I am simply appalled. Even in their conversations with me they were rude and refused to answer my questions, and one of their customer service team replied briefly to my question and then hung up on me! Do not order from this company, there are many better ones out there.

Very disappointed with what was ordered and how it actually appears. As you can see from the photos, we thought we were choosing a mostly silver frame but actually it's golden with possibly a hint of silver at most. Given that their sales page claims customers can "Visualize your bespoke frame online before you buy" (http://www.easy-frame.co.uk/made-to-measure.html) and the only mention on their website anywhere of ordering samples is buried in the "terms and conditions" - "We highly recommend ordering a sample of the frame before purchasing a full frame to ensure the frame is perfect for your requirements" - I am still very disappointed with their service. They should have taken actual photographs of this sort of frame and included clear options to order a sample as part of the buying process. They don't even specify how to contact them to order a sample or how much this would cost, making it seem like the line quoted above is merely included to absolve them of responsibility for shoddy sales practices. They should definitely make the points about "no returns/refunds" (something else buried in the t&cs) and "ordering a sample" much clearer and more prominent. Thus far, there has been no offer of a refund and giving their policy, I suppose their backs are covered but I am still very annoyed with this company.

Easyframe are of extremely poor quality. The frame itself was so flimsy that it was bending at the corners with just a small amount of pressure. The frames don't have glass in them but a bit of plastic that makes the photo look foggy and cheap. I asked for a double mount and they sent me a single mount. I requested it to be brown and it was a grey colour. Overall I was very upset with the entire product. So I contacted them back for a refund and they refused because the frame is made to order, so I am not protected under consumer law apparently. Instead they said they will send me the other mount in the post. The frame cost me well over £50 for a 40cm picture, so wasnt cheap. I think the basic frames from high street supermarkets are of better quality. I now have a cheap looking flimsy frame sat in the attic that is likely to go in the bin. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you are looking for a quality service.

Ordered a made to measure frame for a newspaper article and allowed a 3 mm overlap, frame delivered had a 6 mm so text lost. Used the online tool but no overlap stated anywhere on website. Advised by an unhelpful & rude Hannah that I should have contacted them - why have an 'easy' online ordering tool then? According to her, overlap varies according to frame chosen but this is not clear when ordering or stated anywhere on the confirmation. Sad customer service and there was no need to treat me like I was stupid or cut off the online chat, I was polite and was seeking advice. Loads of other companies value customers - please avoid Easy Frame Northern Ireland.

I ordered a dark grey frame and it arrived as beige washed effect frame. It was as if the dark grey wash had not been applied. I contacted the company but they just sad that I should have ordered a sample and have offered no resolution. I will not be using again.

The mount was cut to the wrong size so it didn't overlap the picture, which fell through the mount. Contacted sales manager who was off-hand to the point of rudeness and told me she would tell me the cost of a new mount if I sent her the measurements again. When I pointed out it was their mistake my message was ignored. Will have to take to a proper framing shop to get a new mount. Dreadful!

Ordered 3 frames, the package arrived badly wrapped and I opened the box to find that the quality of the frames was poor and the largest frame had sustained significant damage in transport - completely cracked across the top. I emailed photographic proof of the damage and asked for a refund for that frame. I was met with an instruction to await a letter from the courier company and make sure to specify on the form that the package had been well wrapped (underlined in the email), then and only then would they send me a replacement. I made it clear that I did not consider the package to be well wrapped and that I was not prepared to wait untold weeks to receive a new frame. I again requested a refund for the damaged item and have been ignored for the past eight days and counting.

Few minutes after I placed my order, I sent a couple of emails to the customer service team. They only answered to the first one where I was asking to modify the order measurements. In my second email (sent a couple of hours later) I asked for an amendment and also asked to disregard my initial email as the measurements were not the right ones. They never replied back to that email although it was sent the same day within 2 hours. I received the frame with the wrong measurements and after contacting them and having a very slow flow of communcation from their side, they insist that the frame was sent as requested, which clearly wasn't as it was their mistake not acknowledging the second email.

Just received a frame i ordered on the 19th of August. Firstly, delivery very slow. I ordered a frame that would fit art work 480mm by 680mm. They sent the wrong size. This is for art work that is 720mm by 520mm. I sent an email to them with pictures and they say i received the picture size i ordered! I did not receive what i ordered. It seems there customer service is terrible. I am now going to trading standards to get my money back. I guarantee that when they see the measurements i sent on the order and the size of the frame that they will agree with me. Oh and before they say i didnt order off them and it was another easy frame IT WAS YOU I ORDERED OFF! I have ordered frames off line before off other companies and have never had any issues.

Terrible experience with EasyFrame. Flimsy finish, poor quality, chipped edges. Slow delivery. ZERO customer service if you are not happy with your purchase. You will be stuck with your purchase and unable to get a refund. If you want a product with a bit of quality shop elsewhere!
