Ordered 3 frames, the package arrived badly wrapped and I opened the box to find that the quality of the frames was poor and the largest frame had sustained significant damage in transport - completely cracked across the top. I emailed photographic proof of the damage and asked for a refund for that frame. I was met with an instruction to await a letter from the courier company and make sure to specify on the form that the package had been well wrapped (underlined in the email), then and only then would they send me a replacement. I made it clear that I did not consider the package to be well wrapped and that I was not prepared to wait untold weeks to receive a new frame. I again requested a refund for the damaged item and have been ignored for the past eight days and counting.

Few minutes after I placed my order, I sent a couple of emails to the customer service team. They only answered to the first one where I was asking to modify the order measurements. In my second email (sent a couple of hours later) I asked for an amendment and also asked to disregard my initial email as the measurements were not the right ones. They never replied back to that email although it was sent the same day within 2 hours. I received the frame with the wrong measurements and after contacting them and having a very slow flow of communcation from their side, they insist that the frame was sent as requested, which clearly wasn't as it was their mistake not acknowledging the second email.

Just received a frame i ordered on the 19th of August. Firstly, delivery very slow. I ordered a frame that would fit art work 480mm by 680mm. They sent the wrong size. This is for art work that is 720mm by 520mm. I sent an email to them with pictures and they say i received the picture size i ordered! I did not receive what i ordered. It seems there customer service is terrible. I am now going to trading standards to get my money back. I guarantee that when they see the measurements i sent on the order and the size of the frame that they will agree with me. Oh and before they say i didnt order off them and it was another easy frame IT WAS YOU I ORDERED OFF! I have ordered frames off line before off other companies and have never had any issues.

Terrible experience with EasyFrame. Flimsy finish, poor quality, chipped edges. Slow delivery. ZERO customer service if you are not happy with your purchase. You will be stuck with your purchase and unable to get a refund. If you want a product with a bit of quality shop elsewhere!

Product was not as I had expected, the frame was thin and flimsy. I was told that as I had asked for this particular size they wouldn’t take it back, this means it is custom made. Although I believe everyone ordering a frame would need it in a particular size. It is difficult to tell when buying over the internet, best to stick with company’s with a good return policy.

The frames were smaller than ordered by a significant amount. The customer service response was lacking in any customer service. I would not recommend or use this company again

I made my order on the 26th of March. Today it is the 12th of April and I still haven't received my frames. I emailed and no reply. I emailed a second time and was told the frames would be sent on Friday (within 2 days). I rang a week later to check what had happened, and a man said the frames would be sent by the end of the week. It's been about 10 days and still nothing! Very disappointed! I can't express an opinion on the actual quality of the frames because I haven't received anything yet, but the service has been very disappointing.

Notwithstanding Christmas, which they used as an excuse for poor service, they have been extremely slow. They finally promised they had the frame in the post last Wednesday. It is now Tuesday and it hasn't arrived. I paid £8.95 for postage. When I complained on the phone they hung up.

I have sent an e-mail on 9/5/15 explaining that I ordered a small frame on 20/4/15, payment went out from my account on 22/4/15 and have still not received the frame and have not even received an answer to my e-mail. I am unable therefore unfortunately to leave any kind of positive feedback. To receive my frame would be lovely - to receive a reply to my e-mail would be appreciated.

Hi, We did reply to your email, And we explained your frame may of got lost, and that we would send you a new one that same day, Which we did. We apologize for your inconvenience I hope you have now received your new frame Easy Frame
items ordered before christmas and have yet to be recived .. no comumication form seller at all ... that this point Very Unimpressed.

Hi, We are very sorry that you have not received your frame yet. Your order was dispatched on the 18th December however the courier that we used 'city link' has gone into administration and our parcels were not delivered. This Could not of happened at a worse time, as we could not get in touch with anyone from city-link to try and get your order delivered. This was out of our control. We have now made you a completely new order and this will be dispatched this afternoon we are also sending you a £20 voucher for the inconvenience caused We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
