“The initial frame was a custom size which was delivered on time. However this was damaged with scratch marks on the front of the frame. A new frame was requested and issued quickly, faster than the original was delivered. My concern with the company is the quality of the end product, external corners of the frame are all chipped, even on the replacement, the custom Perspex was rough cut edges. I do accept the Perspex edges are not visible however I do expect a professional, quality product which sadly was not the case. It is a good website, let down by the output”

“Very poor quality. Border was 5mm out (I needed it to be precise) and not cut square it also had a very loose fit meaning it slips in the frame and isn't parallel to the edges. There were chips and gaps in the mitre. Backing board very crudely cut and again not square.”

“Poor quality frames for the price. My frame arrived damaged and warped, I was offered a replacement but as I am so disappointed with the quality I told them not to bother. You could but the same quality frame from IKEA for a fraction of the price.”

“I was disappointed in my order. The actual frame was fine but the double mount was not cut well and the quality of the Perspex glazing was poor.”

“Poor quality, terrible customer service: I never leave feedback but on this occasion felt it was important. The quality of the frame is disappointing. The edges of the perspex cover and the backing are all very rough. For the price I would expect a better quality finish. The other reason for giving two stars is the poor customer service. Don't expect to get through on the phone as you are redirected back to the website - I tried several times. Replies to queries, when they finally bother to answer are vague, unhelpful and full of excuses. I definitely won't be using this company again.”

“Didn’t even get as far as purchasing frame. I needed advice and the online chat box popped up and they asked if they could help me. I asked my question and waited 20 mins. No answer, and in this time I purchased frames elsewhere.”

“The order process was good and packaging and delivery great but the order took nearly two months to arrive. The frame was very flimsy and cheap feeling. I knew there wasn't going to be glass but I didn't expect such a rough scratched piece of cheap Perspex. Too much hassle to return but very disappointed with the quality, it cost £60 so I expected better than thin wood pieces stapled together with scratches Perspex. 100002547”
