Diabolical Service - Avoid Like the Plague The acrylic front is too tight for the aperture so it catches when you try to put it into the clips - mine cracked as a result. A woman called Hannah (a director of the company) provides 'customer service' only when pushed into it and sends rude, unhelpful emails blaming everyone from their phone company to Parcelforce to the actual customer for anything that might have gone wrong with the transaction. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I would rather pay more for a decent product from a company that values its customers.

Be very very careful ordering frames as the company claim that they are custom made (even though on some pages this isn't clear). This means that if what you ordered is not suitable you cannot return it. This is a cop out and what I consider a misleading way around the distance selling regulations leaving you with something you don't need. The distance selling regulations are there to protect the consumer not to find ways around. I will NEVER do business with them again and I am warning people.

I ordered a special frame for a very expensive photograph but the frame has no way of hanging it as the clips that came with it are not attached in any way. I have tried asking for help through the chat but no one gave me any assistance.

Hello This is not one of our frames. We do not use those type of hangers and the frame you have shown is MDF wrap which we do not use. You may have purchased from another company with a similar name to ours Please remove this review Thank You
What exactly do you mean when you are charging extra for ‘remote’ delivery. I do not live in a remote location and believe it or not we DO get parcelforce up here in Inverness. We even have a parcelforce depot. You are at it charging extra for mainland delivery with a national carrier. Unbelievable!

Wouldn’t recommend them at all Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Tried cancelling the product after 2day from the initial order. But was told this wasn’t possible as it was ‘custom’ made. 16 days still no delivery of the frame. Tried ringing them but always got a voicemail. Dropped them an email and no response what so ever. Buy with caution!

Placed order on website 29/12/20, paid by PayPal. Immediately got acknowledgment from PayPal nothing from Easy-Frame. Sent email 9/1/21 asking for update. No response at all by 11/1/21. Raised a dispute on PayPal and immediately received a refund. I assume PayPal must have frequent issues with this company if they’ll issue an immediate refund!

Hi Carron. The email used when placing the order was incorrect and has a spelling mistake at the end, this is why you did not receive an order confirmation. I have also checked our email system and we have received no emails from you regarding your order, or we would have responded. We would ask that you ensure correct details before leaving a negative review, and automatically assuming that it was an issue with our business when in fact you had no correspondence was because you entered the correct email address. As advised on our website orders can take up to 12 working days to be dispatched. Your order is on working day 7. We will email once the order has been dispatched if you would like to provide a correct email address. As advised on our website our Factory would reopen on 4th January. Regards Hannah
Poor quality. Tried to return but customer service just reels off terms and conditions. No customer support. Will never use or recommend again.

Order placed on 12th Dec 2020 with a stated despatch time of within 12 days. They are now saying it will not be despatched until 08th Jan 2021. Lots of contradictory statements from them when I requested the order be cancelled. They claim manufacture of the order has started and it can’t be cancelled. However, on the website it says orders received after the 05th Dec will not be processed until the 04th Jan 2021 onwards, so they are lying saying the production on the order has started in order not to cancel it and refund. Be very, very wary of this company!

Your order has already commenced production, meaning the frames have been cut and joined, the glazing has been cut and the backing has been cut. This processing includes all processes of our warehouse including the manufacturing and shipping of orders as soon as we return. We will be dispatching orders as soon as we return on the 4th. Your order was placed after our Christmas cut off date which was the 5th of December. This cut off date was displayed throughout our website and on the front page and we advised that orders dispatched after this date would be dispatched in January when we return.
Did not process and despatch order prior to Christmas contrary to advice on their website which, at time of order, said order would be processed before Christmas!

Nightmare, it was the worst customer experience in my life! I was waiting for 2 months my frames to arrive and was regularly told on a customer support line that frames are coming. 2 months past - my frames were still not delivered so I just lost my time. I sincerely don’t recommend you ordering from them, you will just loose your time.

Customer service is very poor, as are estimated delivery times (I chose this company as they state they are operating as normal) It is impossible to contact via telephone and as there have been issues with my order, the wait for a reply to numerous emails is unacceptable. I would never use this company again due to the lack of help and timely communication.

Stay clear I've ordered many times from this company before but on this occasion I was sent mounts the wrong size, I asked for a refund as I'd already ordered replacements elsewhere but they refused and said I wasn't entitled as my order was customised. They sent me the wrong size so by law i was entitled to a full refund. Awful customer service, I'll claim my refund through PayPal.

Ordered 28th October! Didn’t arrive until 18th November! Original frame was out of stock but not to worry I chose another similar style. Custom made frame....made with specific dimensions, the whole point of it being ‘made to measure’. ITS TOO SMALL! What use is a frame that’s too small when I ordered a specific size to fit a specific picture. Nearly £40 for a frame that is of no use. Not worth the money

Like many other customers, I wish I could zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. The quality of the frame was adequate but certainly not the high quality stated. My reason for the review is to warn people from using this company if you value good customer service. I found the lady I spoke to on the online chat to be incredibly rude with a severe attitude. Each time I asked a question the answer was blunt and then she would just leave the chat and not reconnect again however long I waited. My issue was late delivery and requesting a refund for an expedited 2 day delivery service, which I was charged an additional £13 even though the standard 2 day service I later found out is 2 days!! Despite emailing to discuss my refund I was again treated in an incredibly rude manner by the same lady, who refused to address the points I asked in my emails. My frustration was so bad at the appalling customer service I asked for the manager or owner of the business to ring me. It will probably come as no surprise this has never happened. Another request that was completely ignored. I hope if you use this company that you don't have to have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the lady who comes up on the online support page.

23 days from placing order and still no frame. Easy-frame emailed me to tell me the frame had been dispatched, however when I enquired as to it's whereabouts 5 days later I was told it had still not been sent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this website. Non existing tracking number supplied, ordered nearly 2 months ago. So upset and wish I hadn’t placed an order.
