The product arrived and the glass cover was made out of cheap plastic. When I asked to return, they refused saying its what I ordered. I didn't realise it wasn't even glass (I've never even seen a frame made of a plastic)
The product arrived 2 weeks late, no concessions or apologies for that.
When I phoned they didn't phone back but emailed basically explaining away their cheap product and cheap service. I can't use the frame and they got £60.
