“Frame was well made, well packaged and delivered quickly to my specifications. Unfortunately I had failed to understand that the frame would overlap the artwork by 4mm. As I was framing a poster, with no mount and lettering right up to the edge, this means the frame now covers part of the lettering on three sides and is unusable. Having re-read the guidance I understand this was my error, but when ordering the form asks you for the size of your artwork which I gave, so I'm not quite sure how I would have known how to calculate the size needed. May be useful for anyone wanting a poster frame!”

“Delighted with the quality of the frame. Superbly protected packaging meant that the item was received in mint condition. Would have given five stars but for the omission of tape which we’d prepaid for and wasn’t included(in error.) payment for this has been subsequently refunded.”
