“I ordered a custom-made frame that arrived with staples dangerously sticking out. They injured me when I opened it, and I can’t hang the frame without damaging my wall. The product was not safe or ready to use. When I contacted customer service, their response was dismissive — suggesting I use tools I don’t own to fix the problem, as if this were normal. Poor quality, unsafe products, and terrible customer service. Avoid this company.”

“Poor customer care and service. I called for some assistance with ordering a custom frame explaining briefly the basic requirement, and my enquiry was interrupted and shut down and I was abruptly told that I could only order online. If this is the case, then I would have at a minimum appreciated some guidance on whether I can order the frame I am seeking online and how. I found this service very dismissive and unkind.”
