I have sent an e-mail on 9/5/15 explaining that I ordered a small frame on 20/4/15, payment went out from my account on 22/4/15 and have still not received the frame and have not even received an answer to my e-mail. I am unable therefore unfortunately to leave any kind of positive feedback.
To receive my frame would be lovely - to receive a reply to my e-mail would be appreciated.
