I ordered £250 of foam for our campervan
I received the order promptly but the smallest piece was missing. I emailed that day and let them know. I had no response. I was away for 2 weeks.
I phoned 2 weeks later and asked them to replace the piece and they refused ... apparently I hadn't let them know in the designated time.
I asked them to resolve this as it was just a £28 piece of foam and otherwise I was very happy. I had to give her proof that I had actually emailed.. which also seemed silly as I'm definitely not going out of my way to steal a £28 piece of foam and now I'm waiting to hear back.
This is 1* customer service...”
