“Absolutely abysmal customer service. When my order arrived only one item, of the five that I ordered and paid for, was correct. When I wrote to inform them of this, my initial email went unanswered. I wrote again and my complaint was met with bureaucracy, and an attempt to wriggle out of their responsibility.
At no point did they acknowledge their mistake, but they eventually made a feeble attempt to put things right – even then getting the details wrong.”
