“Ordered a Blum 700mm 'secret drawer' which I'd been told by numerous other outlets was not available, they didn't make that size. Obviously this was incorrect. I used the excellent ECK website to order which was followed up shortly after by a phone call to confirm everything I had ordered. The item was delivered within two days of ordering. Outstanding service and a great, easy to use website. I will be using ECK again and would fully recommend them.”

“Quite tricky to screw into the cabinets. Not enough room to fit a power drill to the base attachments. Otherwise good. Quite stiff to move the drawers. I hope it gets easier with movement.”

“Great quality unit at a good price, delivered on time for a very reasonable carriage cost. Slight niggle that a pack of screws was missing, hence only giving 4 stars. Fortunately my fitter had similar size screws available otherwise it would have been a problem.”

“The sink is great also excellent price. Would recommend this item and the company. The only issue I have is the delivery , this item is delivered by one person only which is ridiculous due to the weight both myself and my husband struggled to actually get it in the house.we are both elderly and did not know how we were going to get it into our house. The driver is not allowed to actually assist to move the sink into the property, even though it states on the box do not attempt to lift without assistance. As such it was left on the path outside our house. It actually took us a very long time to work out due to the weight how to get it indoors. We could have seriously injured ourselves with this item.”
