Ordered a Blum 700mm 'secret drawer' which I'd been told by numerous other outlets was not available, they didn't make that size. Obviously this was incorrect. I used the excellent ECK website to order which was followed up shortly after by a phone call to confirm everything I had ordered. The item was delivered within two days of ordering.
Outstanding service and a great, easy to use website.
I will be using ECK again and would fully recommend them.
