“Tap came very quickly but had a gash on it, as I had read a few bad reviews about when there had been problems I was expecting a battle. I must say that I have been very pleased with the service from Lorraine, once I submitted the photo evidence a collection and replacement was arranged straight away. Please, if you order from East coast Kitchens you make sure you check your delivery straight away and report it including pictures.”

Mark, thank you for your nice review. I am sorry to hear you received a tap that was less than perfect. We will always help our customers if they recieve a damaged product, we just ask that it is reported in a reasonable amount of time. This is so the product can be rectified in the shortest time frame for our customers and we can also then make a claim against the courier or distributors. As a small business, replacement costs for claims that can not be made do hinder us being able to continue to offer our low prices. Thank you for your purchase and hope you enjoy your kitchen tap.
