Despite several requests the supplier did not send instructions and I then fitted it myself without any assistance… very disappointing and I will not purchase from this company again”

Hello Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you feel you did not receive the correct instructions. I am looking into this with the distributors to ensure this does not happen again. We did however send instructions over via email for you along with some videos on the drawer box installation. I have requested a printed copy be sent to you immediately and I deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“I bought a cupboard bin and the lid arrived broken so ordered another which was also delivered broken. However, each time I phoned them I spoke to the same person who was very helpful and understanding and made sure the third lid was packaged correctly and was delivered intact. It’s a refreshing change to speak to the same person each time and not have to wait to be answered and go through different options. Also the bin is perfect for our needs. Very accessible to wash as well. Will use this company as customer service was excellent thank you.”
