“The D shaped under sink waste bin is perfect. I first bought one back in 1975, it just just got tired, lost its lid so I decided to see if I could find another, yes East coast Kitchens had one on their website. Delivered and fitted in less than a week. Perfect service Thankyou”

“Great selection of kitchen parts, simple purchase process and good comms, I had a number of communications throughout my purchase process. Including notice of order confirmation and despatch as well as delivery. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was there was no linkage to let me know which carrier was undertaking the delivery, meanign their was a period of 24 hours where I had a despatch status but no way of knowing who to expect contact from or timing of delivery. Otherewise great process and would purchase form them again.”

“Ordered kitchen under sink support bars. On the product picture on the website it looks like it was possible to ‘retro fit’ these after the sink had been installed - unfortunately this wasn’t the case. The holding bracket screws are a lot higher up than the support bar will safely go. Asked to return the item but was refused as the items had been removed from packaging (which is the only way to find out they wouldn’t fit) - can understand the refusal up to a point but still frustrating to have wasted”

“Ordered a replacement stainless steel sink from Eastcoast Kitchens. Plumber was coming the following week to fit. Order placed Friday, used the fast delivery option, the sink was delivered Monday morning in good time for the plumber to install. Very well packaged to prevent damage in transit, all parts and fitting instructions present. Would definitely recommend Eastcoast Kitchens and purchase from them again.”

“I ordered a Kessebohmer corner unit. It are extremely quickly despite only having used Standard delivery. The equipment is top quality German made. The only slight issue was that it didn't come with a template as shown on all the instruction videos. East Coast were very helpful in trying to resolve this but apparently they no longer come with a template, just the measurements. Our carpenter fitted it fine using those. East Coast subsequently offered me template. They did out of their Amy to be helpful.”
