“Nicely made and seems pretty solid. Yet to hang, as have to figure out best way - no hanging attachments, holes etc. This is not necessarily a bad thing since can then fit to own requirements”

“These people expect you to submit a review before you receive the goods. What a fantastic way to negate any positive feelings about the company and then when you speak to them about this, the answer comes up that it is an automated system and they dont know how to change it. I wonder what the product is actually like if they seriously expect customers to be impressed with the quality of their systems”

“I had been looking for a filter tap but wasn't sure of our water pressure. Rang & spoke to a very helpful lady ( sorry I can't remember your name) who as well as advising on the tap gave me a phone number to speak to a colleague at Clearwater. Having followed his advice to test the pressure I ordered the Zuben tap. It arrived quickly & I am so pleased I went for it. The brushed finish looks lovely & the pressure is good! Water filter is an added extra that will hopefully help the kettle as well as improve my cuppa. Would recommend this company, good price & an excellent service.”
