Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. Please be assured there was no reluctance to provide a full refund. We had reached out to request some further information to better understand the circumstances. When the EVOline was returned, it was not placed back into its original folded cardboard sleeve, which is supplied to protect the item in transit. As the sleeve was not used for repacking and instead placed loosely on top, the product unfortunately arrived damaged and not in a resaleable condition. It also appeared that the protective film had been removed, which left the item with visible fingerprints and scratches. Despite this, our returns department still issued you with a full refund.

“We bought a internal drawer, and it fits perfectly, good quility, and we are really happy with it. Very fast almost next day delivery. Only downside is that we wish some screws are included to save us the effort to find suitable ones.”
