“Good choice of draw fittings and accessories for Blum. No issues with order or delivery. Huge shame though that the cutlery draw shipped directly from Ricomex -so not East Coast- came in a huge box full of polystyrene… it could so easily be paper for example, so many companies do it.”

“I ordered a Hailo tandem kitchen bin from East Coast Kitchens last Tuesday; I was sent an email stating the delivery would be the following day. It didn’t arrive, nor the next morning. On ringing ECK I was told, sorry, we can’t find a record of the delivery, the shipper must have lost it. I gave ECK a few hours to check this, but no dice. I managed to phone an alternative supplier, who was very personable and had it delivered to me the following morning at a significantly lower price; ECK order was cancelled. Conclusion: either ECK have a terrible delivery company, or more likely, never had the stock, relying on their computer system without checking by a human. Thank goodness for real people you can talk to and rely on. Shame on you, Lorraine and your East Coast colleagues.”

I can only apologise for the courier losing your parcel. As you can see from our feedback, our third-party couriers rarely lose packages, and I’m very sorry that this appears to have happened on this occasion. Unfortunately, as the review is anonymous, I’m unable to contact you directly to explain the situation further.

“Super company and delighted with the ceramic sink. This is actually the second one we bought as we moved home and wanted the same sink we’d installed from them in the last house. I forgot to order the waste for it this time and was phoned up to check if this was correct?..which it wasn’t. You wouldn’t get that at the competition! Their delivery company is also superb. Called the day before to give me a time, arrived when he said he would and was happy to put it where I wanted it. Also they like to check the contents to make sure everything is ok before they leave. First class all round with product, service and delivery. Highly recommended.”

“We found a flip up socket for the worktop with East Coast Kitchens. After finding our item we opted for 1-2 day delivery, unfortunately our delivery ran into a problem as DpD went on strike in our area. So it took an extra day.”

“I spent ages trying to find the exact replacement kitchen cupboard bins to replace ours. Only East Coast kitchens appeared to have ones with the correct dimensions. They also arrived the next day which was great service”
