“Ordered on a Thursday arrived next day contact by email with updates of all transit so new exactly when it would be delivered that was very helpful. Oven cabinet door protectors were professionally packaged and fitted perfectly on my cabinets doors protecting from heat damage. Reasonable priced and delivery charged. Would definitely use again.”

Rachael, I'm sorry to learn that you've left us a negative review. I completely appreciate how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Although we use reputable couriers and take great care when packaging our products, unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during transit, despite our best efforts. We always aim to resolve these situations as quickly as possible. In fact it has been confirmed the collection has been completed and was collected from you Friday the 29th July. “The website was easy to navigate. The inside cupboard bin was to replace a previous one fitted in my kitchen in 2006!!! Happy to find they still sold it. It came quicker than I expected, was well packed & easy to install.”

“It was very easy to order our pull-put waste bins from Eastcoast Kitchens. The description of the product was usefully very detailed and the product is high quality and was easy to fit. The best part was that it arrived the following morning, less than 20 hours after ordering, even though it was standard free delivery. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!”
