“Excellent product easy to navigate website little pricy but a quick delivery even though Yodel delivered a day late! Following in tracker they got 2 mins from my home then took the parcel all the way back to the depot?”

“Good value, best price I could find online especially when you include delivery, and excellent choice on the website. I purchased a Vauth Sagel integrated kitchen bin to suit a 300mm wide base unti (not installed yet but looks a very solid construction. Delivery was unbelievably quick (got it the day after ordering). When I unpacked it, there was a damaged/bent steel plate inside the box which I brought to the attention of East Coast; it was replaced in a few days, which worked out fine for me.”

“The sink itself is great…this review is purely based on the delivery experience, the order email confirmed a 2 day window for delivery in order to keep costs down which is totally fine because my expectations were managed. The email also confirmed delivery would be between 8am and 6pm….so to receive an email the evening before to say delivery was at 6am the next morning was a bit of a surprise….i did push back, only to be told it was the only time that the item could be delivered this week. I find 6am an unsociable time for delivery as I would (ai imagine) a few other customers. I am providing this feedback to support Eastcoast as this may put buyers off using them…..it undoubtedly affects my use of Eastcoast again.”
