We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. I believe my colleague has investigated this for you and has arranged a prompt resolution with a full refund. Once again, I am sorry the order was not sent to you, as advised, the Scottish depot has stated that there was treacherous weather that delayed many orders.

“I brought two carousels for a customers kitchen,they were for a 1000 corner base cabinet with a 600 doors . The quality is superb,they move around the cabinet on rails as smooth as silk .they also come right out of the cabinet and allow you to see the very back of the shelf which would normally be hard to get to . My customer is very happy.thank you eastcoast kitchens 🙏👏👏”
