“The price was excellent and the communication throughout was good. I needed to amend the order once placed which was very well handled. The product arrived within the time window provided it was well packed and undamaged. Overall a painless process and would use them again without any hesitation.”

“I can't leave a review for this product as it was due to arrive on the 30th of April when I needed it, but eventually arrived on the 5th so I've not used it. Price was fair though, and packing was good”

Dear Tony, I’m sorry for the delay in your parcel reaching you. I’ve spoken with the courier to understand what caused this, and they’ve advised there was a slight delay due to the delivery location in Scotland. While we aim to keep our carriage charges consistent across England and Scotland, there can occasionally be differences in delivery times. As there was a days delay, the bank holiday Monday had a further impact. We appreciate your patience and will be passing this feedback on to management so we can continue improving our service.

“Ordered a pull out larder mechanism from East Coast Kitchens. It was dispatched almost immediately and I received it the following day. One of the three boxes had been damaged in transit by the delivery company, as were some of the contents. I contacted ECK Customer Services and they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, with the replacement parts sent out equally quickly. A refreshing change to deal with a company where, when things go wrong, you can speak to a real person with the authority to immediately rectify the problem. Outstanding service.”

“Great service with these guys. I ordered a sink and immediately had a courtesy call from them just to check that I didn’t need the waste strainers, as they’re not included as standard with this product. Confirmation of the delivery date was sent by email the same day and on the day of delivery I had a call from the driver to let me know what time he’d be with me. The sink was so heavy he carried it in to the house for me and we checked the item together, making sure everything ok before signing (that doesn’t normally happen, normally drop and run!) I’m so happy with my purchase and the service given and the price was great too in comparison with other retailers. Thank you”
