“Sent out what felt like two days before I'd even ordered it, they were that fast. Answered the phone quickly when I had questions before purchasing and the product fit perfectly. Feels decent quality, looks the part, everything I needed.”

“Quality item with good installation instructions. Delivery was quick but was received damaged. Eastcoast agreed immediately to replace and replacement was received within a few days and is totally satisfactory. Damage to the first unit was unfortunate but the issue was resolved quickly.”

“Excellent service. The item we arrived had small scratches on them. Upon contacting support, they issued a replacement, which the delivery company broke! but another replacement was sent soon after. I'd like to thank Lorraine for being very helpful and attentive to my queries with quick responses. Would recommend EastCoast Kitchens and and use again”

“Single Oven Heat Deflector Set Suits Cabinet 18mm Unit . Perfect 👌 had a new cooker which started melting cupboard. This deflector Perfect. Only problem was delivery DX informed me Tuesday tracked them came to my town , but never delivered. Had to change my day then. Thursday DX delivered 🙌 👌 driver 5 🌟.”

Lorraine thank you for your review and I am sorry you do not like the ceramic sink purchased, as advised in our conversation. Unfortunately, as explained we do not offer free returns for change of mind reasons. We are in a very competitive industry and to enable a free collection would mean all of the products would become a lot more expensive for our customers. We are very transparent and advise our returns policy for customers to see before purchase. I am sorry we were unable to offer a free collection for your sink.
