“Good quality easily installed”

“When my pantry cupboard mechanism fell to pieces I was fortunate to have spotted East Coast Kitchens on the Internet. One telephone call was all I needed to get the right replacement at a price that beat my local supplier by 40% . When I encountered a minor cliche with the installation a further short telephone call put me on the right track. I wish all traders were so user friendly and, as a Yorkshireman, cheap !”

“I received the pull out pantry and there was some damage to one of the frame. I emailed with photos and the replacement frame came the next morning. A very swift response which I was impressed by. The pantry will not not be fitted for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on ease of fitting and operation. All the parts on the instruction leaflet were there so it is up to my carpenter now when he comes.”

“Arrived promptly. All pieces boxed and labelled correctly. They very quickly handled an enquiry over the phone. Easy to assemble ,which was important as we’re both pensioners and we were replacing the inside of a pull out larder. The only small issue was we needed a little more advice than was given on final adjustments. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Very good service. The Shaws sink we needed was hard to get hold of but Eastcoast had one and at a very good price. What I did like from them was they gave me a call to double check I didn’t need the parts such as strainers, waste kit etc. I didn’t as I’d already sourced what I needed, but it was clear that they just wanted to make sure I had all I needed. Sink arrived on the day as planned, great quality and a really cheerful delivery driver. Can’t fault in any way, excellent service easy purchase”
