I received the pull out pantry and there was some damage to one of the frame. I emailed with photos and the replacement frame came the next morning. A very swift response which I was impressed by. The pantry will not not be fitted for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on ease of fitting and operation. All the parts on the instruction leaflet were there so it is up to my carpenter now when he comes.
