“Was quite disappointed with my first order. I was really looking forward to vaping the Pina Colada flavour but wasn’t in stock. When I received my order the customer services team failed to notify me of this and instead was sent another flavour which I did not like. Customer should be notified if something they ordered is not in stock.”

“Good prices especially when something is on sale, but ordered a vape in a colour that was supposedly in stock but after 3 days of no package I called them up and they told me they didn't have said colour and asked if I would like a refund or to wait for my choice to be in stock. I wish they had made it a priority to contact me when I made the order, not 3 days later when I called myself to inquire. The woman on the phone was very sweet and helpful though!”

Hi Anton, Thanks for taking the time to review! Glad your order arrived safely, we are a UK based company and everything leaves our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed (except on weekends where we ship on Monday), all items leaving the UK have to go through customs proceedings before exiting the country which varies in time and sadly is out of our control! In future if you'd like an international order to come quicker we do offer a DHL shipping option which is faster. Kind regards - E-Liquids UK

“Contacted support a few times about not being able to access my account and they never got back to me so I had to make a new account, but apart from that, always good delivery and correct order arrives. Super selection of liquids of incredible quality so I’m happy enough :)”
