“These badge machines are manufactured to a very high standard, however, personally I found the product I ordered was not quite right for me. After expressing my concern to the team, the manager Philippa was very understanding and helpful towards resolving the issue. I received a refund and everything was fulfilled smoothly and professionally. They want their customers to remain happy, and it was certainly demonstrated for me. Thanks again.”

“Very nice and sturdy badge machine. I purchased 25mm D-pins and the only thing I would make better are the inside rims of the badge. I'd like something stronger like in the vintage badges. Otherwise absolutely great value for the price!”

“I own the micro machine and have been making badges and mirrors with ease. The equipment is easy and very straightforward to use. Technical support is available through the use of 'how to' videos are accessed via the web site and on You Tube. The videos are clear to understand, short but concise. When I recently made an error in my repeat order for components, customer service was very accommodating and courteous in accepting an exchange promptly and efficiently. Overall I am very happy with e-badges quality of products and customer care and will continue my custom with them for many years to come! 😊”
