“I'm sure the badge maker set has issues - I have had two bought at similar times and burrs form on the metal anfd then the bages don't hold together. When I reported this I was told I was doing it wrong BUT i bhave followed all instructions and watched countless videos. I'm sure there is a faulty batch as the one my friend has from a few years back I've used often and it works perfect;y and not burrs form 0 though I'm using the same method.”

“Received my order, unfortunately one item was not working as it should. I have been promised a replacement but am still waiting despite having returned the faulty item, at my own cost.”

Hello Sara, as we said in our email exchange on Wednesday. please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this and we are sorry for the delay in replacing which we will chase up urgently. I haven't been notified by the warehouse as yet that we have received your original item back but as it was only 2 days ago I am sure it will arrive early next week. When we receive it we will refund the postage you paid to return it. We sincerely hope you will be satisfied with the way we have dealt with this issue but please let us know if you have any other concerns.
