“Metal badges are a failure. The top and bottom didn't match. Customer service tried to prove to me that I was doing something wrong. It was only after many phone calls and e-mails that the lady admitted that the product was new and not fully tested. I have lost almost two weeks and I am still waiting for the replacement of the goods.”

Good afternoon. In answer to your review, the original contact about an issue was made one week ago with one phone call. We have been corresponding with you since then and been clear about the product being new but did not say they weren't tested as that is not the case. We have sent out thousands of the metal back badges recently without problem. We suggested you return the metal backs you haven't used which we received back today. We are sending a full bag of replacement plastic backs which you should receive tomorrow. regards ebadges

“Just opened the first pack of 50 and 10% of the magnets were unattached Adhesive seems to have dried out. Will have to check every magnet as we use them at the event Ken McCann”

“Good quality products but unfortunately not delivered in time. Assumed that because delivery instructions could be submitted that package could be left but unfortunately not so didn't have products in time for major girl guiding event.”

“When I bought my machine there were 38 size metal backs. This time I had to order plastic backs so I lost my clients who refused to take the plastic back ones because those are less ecologic than those made of metal.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you lost custom due to us not supplying metal backs for the 38mm badges, we are looking at new suppliers for these. In the meantime, please be assured that all of our plastic badge backs are recyclable.
