“The badge 'machine' is brilliant, but the metal badge pack is not quite as perfect. I was trying to reduce plastic, but there is more wastage with the metal pack than with the plastic badge pack because they are not as robust and a few pieces had got crushed in transit. Also, some of the bits that were supposed to have pins didn't have any, and more annoyingly, some of the pins were in the wrong way round, so if you judged by the pin, they stuck in the machine because the ridge was on the wrong side. Easily corrected, but it took me a while to work out what was going wrong. However, they have given excellent service, replacing more than the faulty badges and checking that all is now well. I will certainly be buying items from eBadges again and recommend the products and company.”

“I should have bought an eBadgw machine earlier after working my way through a succession of cheap plastic beasts. Postage was prompt, I received it the next day. It’s a sturdy machine and I’m just hoping that sooner or later there’s a 32mm die on the market as that’s my best selling badge size.”
