“We moved into a perfect home but with a (less than ideal) single garage but with a large enough garden (with side access) to add something later. Having spent many many hours on the internet and visiting showrooms we came across the Dunster Evilgenius cabin. This cabin's configuration of single Garage/Workshop on one side and Office/Craft room on the other works perfectly. Ordering was very simple. Delivered on time and delivery guys unloaded onto our driveway nicely positioned to begin construction without nhaving to search for the correct pieces. We had a couple of family members to assist and with the very detailed instructions (plus on line videos) cabin went up with ease and took 5 days. Cabin looks like it was always there. Fits perfectly into the garden and is perfect for our needs. Thanks Dunster House for a seamless purchase of a great product.”

“Our metal gazebo having been biown down to twisted metal by winds some time before, we decided to buy a wooden one from Dunster house. Great buy! Good price! This was back in February 2025, but being in our 80s we had to wait till family could erect it for us and we had a great day on 14th June 2025 doing just that. My grandson was able to stand on the roof to fix the felt so it is a sturdy piece of carpentry. His uncle, our son, helped him and all had a little hand in something! Thank you Dunster Hose. Just what we needed to be able to enjoy our garden in this heat.”

“As soon as my order was received I had a phone call to arrange a delivery date. This was kept to and on the day I had a live tracking link to see where the van was. Two man delivery of product well packed and in good condition. All very easy to assemble and the wood on the climbing frame was treated and sanded smooth. Very please with the whole process from start to finish and would like pp percent recommend Dunster House. Our climbing frame is better than the German one we looked at from fatmoose and was a third of the price. Please note in my picture I changed one of the swings this was not the one supplied.”

“Love our new corner gazebo! Took us a while to put together but very pleased and proud with the result. My husband modified the shelves for a neater fit and I have installed the obligatory climbing clematis and rose. The new addition to our new home has been much-admired. Thank you Dunster House!”

“We found the 3m leviathan lean to pergola to be well made, sturdy and looks very good, and it’s priced well. The delivery date was as promised and the offloading (only to the kerb) was quick and efficient. As we are 2 old codgers we had help from friends to carry it all to the garden. We used a joiner/builder to put it up as this is beyond my normal diy skills. Assembly seemed relatively easy enough for the two man team. We added roof boards for the finished look; these are not designed to be waterproof so leak really badly when raining (even though they are tongue and groove) if you do not add an extra covering, which you can choose if you want. It’s worth noting these tongue and groove boards have to be spaced with EXACTLY 2mm spacers between them , all 68 of them. Even 1/4 millimetre out makes a difference and they don’t line up, meaning the fascia and sides have had to be adjusted. So slightly disappointed with the end result, but overall we’re happy with it and it’s providing much needed shade. We would buy similar items from them again and would recommend the company.”

“Garden house arrived very well packed Driver deliver straite to site very helpfull, the building was fresh wood from fatory not old stored. our build took six days but I am in my late sixteys found it strait faward to build you get extra items Ie wall boads etc plenty of screws nails etc Customer servise very quick responce on a quetion I had very impressed, Fantastic quality building defo recomend.”

“Purchased 2 Terminators 6.5x3.5 built the first in 2 days the second in 1, easy to erect, a couple of small issues, the door hinge was set by the CAD and 1 door was 10mm out on all 3 hinges, the double glazed units are good but the supply company need to pay more attention to cleaning the glass in th cavity. Other than that wonderful, and would highly recommend Dunster, we have used them 2 times now over 7 years, bougfht a 6x3 Gazebo years ago, fantastic and still looks like new”

“Excellent communication, delivery was easy and delivered and covered up. When all the pieces were delivered I thought oh dear. Once I got all the pieces around to the back and set up, it felt better. I built it myself with a little from my daughter, had to get an extra body for the roof as I got insulated boards, built to roof level in one day. Mine is a combi, love it now.”

“I ordered a 4x3m cabin online, emails and call to arrange date for delivery were polite and prompt. On the day the delivery driver and mate were brilliant, very helpful. Found the cabin instructions clear and had it water tight by the end of the 1st day. Spent the 2nd day on locks, guttering etc. Very pleased with the results. Looking forward to completing the garden make over so I can enjoy being in the cabin and chill out.”

“Excellent! The shed itself is absolute quality. All fittings such as hinges, roof felt etc are also great quality. The ordering/delivery process was easy to follow and hassle free. On top of all this, the itemised list of parts and easy to follow instructions have made this a smooth,problem free experience. There's also plenty of help on the Dunster House website,with useful videos to help get you started. I honestly couldn't rate Dunster House highly enough. Great product, great service.”

“Great quality log cabin for the price.The two lads delivering the cabin were very helpful and they unloaded and stacked the cabin in my garage as required. The cabin itself was relatively easy to erect and took me and the wife about 2/3 days to put up and make watertight and another day to paint.”
