“We purchased a log cabin and would highly recommend Dunster House. The quality of product is brilliant. The sales and customer services were great and kept us informed. The delivery arrived on the date specified and can't praise the delivery driver enough. He was absolutely brilliant at getting the unit onto our driveway.”

“I have purchased from them before, and the quality has always been good. However, I bought a 3.5 x 2.5 pergola with roof, and although the timber structure was fine, and instructions quite clear, the corrugated roof sheets were way to flimsy in my opinion, and would have been far better had they been polycarbonate sheets. The roof lets the product down”

“Great product. We ordered from Samson who was very professional and friendly. Delivery was very good too.we did have a couple of small items missing but Louise in customer services got them sent out quickly. Excellent would definitely buy from them again”

“Replaced another summerhouse with this one and although we've been happy with the previous quality this is far superior in terms of build precision thickness of wood panels etc. 13x10 erected in 3 days by a couple of friends. Highly recommended. Gerard Beeston”

“The buying process was simple and no pressure selling - delivery was approximately 2 weeks and went well - the driver was great and really helpful. The instructions really aren't the best and I'd advise anyone to download them prior to delivery/building and cross reference them with YouTube Dunster House and independent videos. The build and quality of the cabin is very good (especially the doors and windows) and far better than any other suppliers I looked at. Downside - the bolt on storage shed sides must have been machined at a different time to the main cabin, each one fractionally bigger resulting in the shed being approximately 2 cm higher than the cabin which required planning down for the roof to sit flush and all one level. There were insufficient nails for the build and just enough other screws and fittings etc. Overall really pleased with the end product although I'd say it's advanced DIY.”

“Really high quality cabin and great service and delivery. Had previously bought a cabin from a different company which turned out to be nowhere near the quality of this cabin for the same price. Straight forward build made easy with the pre-assembled great quality windows and doors and now have a lovely looking sturdy cabin. Very impressed with Dunster House, would recommend 100%.”

“The staff were really helpful on the phone explaining everything. The log cabin arrived on time when they said it would be. The instructions were easy to follow I built it on my own even though they said it was a 2 man job. It went together easily. The finished cabin is just what we wanted.”
