“Awesome customer service and advice. Fantastic product and very well made. Really easy to assemble. Only gripe if anything are the instructions. If you purchase a larger cabin it is an extension and therefore 2 sets of instructions. Please please please join them together to make it easier and saves missing some quite important stuff. However once mastered it was ok.”

“Customer service has been outstanding, especially when I made a mistake with my order which I wasn't aware of. All sorted promptly and efficiently which was much appreciated. Delivery drivers were both polite, friendly and helpful. Gazebo looks great quality and although it's not yet been erected we're looking forward to using it next year. Would highly recommend Dunster House Ltd and are pleased they were recommended to us.”

“A pleasure to deal with ... From help with ordering, arranging a delivery date, and also the cost of our Terminator log cabin, our experience with Dunster house has been an absolute pleasure. While all our interactions have been pleasant, I need to make special mention of the delivery crew... they called us with an hours notice on our arranged delivery day and arrived bang on time, allowing me to clear our driveway for delivery. In driving rain and wind, the delivery team of Liam and Ewan worked hard and tirelessly to unload our log cabin parts which was a considerable amount of wood, doors, windows and fittings, taking the time to talk me through all the components and unloading and stacking them for ease of access to be deployed for the build... My wife is disabled, with limited physical abilities and both the lads were very respectful of that, taking their time and being very respectful of not only our property, but my wife's condition too. And while the cabin hasn't been assembled yet, I could see during the unload the high quality of the wood and parts. I can honestly say that I'd be hard pushed to recall a company that have been so good to deal with in terms of staff interactions, quality and price of the product, and general support. The delivery crew are a different class too: completely professional and both exemplary representatives for Dunster House, who I have no hesitation in recommending to others who may be potentially considering buying an outbuilding... We can't thank Dunster House (and their delivery crew.. ) enough, and I'm certain I'll be a repeat customer...”

“The summer house arrived on time as planned from Dunsters at Cumbernauld, and the young lady and older gentleman who delivered it were very obliging. The summer house is fine and am gradually painting it - weather pemitting. I would advise purchasers to book a joiner or two to beforehand to put it up. We did this and it was the right decision.”

“Great product. Easy to follow instructions. I built my 3mx3m Coronet corner log cabin myself in about 50 hours. I'm a 68 year old retired planning manager. Would recommend Dunster to everyone.”
