“I ordered a 4x3m cabin online, emails and call to arrange date for delivery were polite and prompt. On the day the delivery driver and mate were brilliant, very helpful. Found the cabin instructions clear and had it water tight by the end of the 1st day. Spent the 2nd day on locks, guttering etc. Very pleased with the results. Looking forward to completing the garden make over so I can enjoy being in the cabin and chill out.”

“I have purchased from them before, and the quality has always been good. However, I bought a 3.5 x 2.5 pergola with roof, and although the timber structure was fine, and instructions quite clear, the corrugated roof sheets were way to flimsy in my opinion, and would have been far better had they been polycarbonate sheets. The roof lets the product down”

“The buying process was simple and no pressure selling - delivery was approximately 2 weeks and went well - the driver was great and really helpful. The instructions really aren't the best and I'd advise anyone to download them prior to delivery/building and cross reference them with YouTube Dunster House and independent videos. The build and quality of the cabin is very good (especially the doors and windows) and far better than any other suppliers I looked at. Downside - the bolt on storage shed sides must have been machined at a different time to the main cabin, each one fractionally bigger resulting in the shed being approximately 2 cm higher than the cabin which required planning down for the roof to sit flush and all one level. There were insufficient nails for the build and just enough other screws and fittings etc. Overall really pleased with the end product although I'd say it's advanced DIY.”

“Bought a Dunster House Overlord Apex Modular Shed (6ft x 6ft with window). Ordering was easy and was delivered in 10 days. Shed is good quality and I like the fact it’s designed so that you can configure it as required. Took my Dad and I about 8 hours to put together. My only issues were that the instructions weren’t always entirely clear + the pieces weren’t labelled so we spend 45 minutes at the start working out what was what. But I’d say it was a good purchase for £679.99.”

“The product itself is brilliant, service and delivery exceptional, but design not the best? There were lots of bits which wasn't a problem but the roof leaks!! Done everything it said but still have to pay extra to felt it and protect it!!”

“We found the roof panels to short which we found hard to nail to the roof beams, the side panels were 905mm wide which meant added together measured 2085 which was 15mm too wide and had to be adjusted, the side panels had visible marks from were the bags with the raw bolts in were stapled to the panels. “Bought two products from here. Exceptional quality for both. A swing slide set with a Fort and a wooden gazebo. Would recommend and would buy again. Only negative is after sales help and customer support. Or rather the lack of.”
