“Great, efficient and very cost effective service, from the first call I was handed over to the Operations manager Sam who took care of everything and gave me a brilliant price! Would definitely recommend!”

“I thought the Dunmow Group as a company and the guys that came to remove the garden waste were brilliant from start to finish. A quote via what’s App was received within the hour and the waste removed the following day. All round an excellent service.”

“The team offer a good service even during the lockdown. The admin staff are helpful and diligent. I booked a 'household rubbish clearance' service for a rented house where the tenants had been negligent with recycling and rubbish had built up. I submitted a photo of the waste and they quoted quickly. Dunmow's booking systems work; as a greed the operatives called some 30 minutes before arrival, allowing me to get to the property and did a really good job, even sweeping down afterwards. I have no hesitation recommending the company.”

“Really impressed with this company. The website was really easy to navigate with prices clear and delivery options easy to choose. I got the skip I needed delivered in a couple of days and the contact free drop off and collection was hassle free. The driver who delivered the skip was friendly and helpful and the communication throughout has been great. 100% recommend.”

“Even in lock down I was able to speak with a person and after they had closed. They said they would organise a call back 1st thing monday when office opened. They did . I got my skip the next day. The day I off hired it was collected. And skip dropped down tight access with no moans. Bloody marvelous. Big thanks .graham”

“Very professional service. Both drop off and pick up were on time. Driver managed to pick up skip from an awkward place with no fuss (small cul de sac with lots of parked cars). Would definitely use them again.”

“Excellent service and very fast response. Given these difficult times, the same day service I recieved from Dumnow Group was fantastic. “As an asbestos removal company, we require the use of skip companies on a regular basis through out the summer. Once the asbestos has been removed safely and placed into the company vehicle, we carry out demolitions on some of those garages, mostly concrete and wood materials. Some companies tend to worry that we would illegally place asbestos in the skip which frustrates us greatly, so thank you for not doing so. Due to the area code, i spoke with this company first to obtain a quotation for the hire of an 8-yard skip who provided us with the price i was hoping for. Cost isn't always everything with us, our jobs are mainly completed in 1 day and most companies will not give a time slot unlike Dunmow Group. The driver arrived at 7am (before us, which is great), and rang me on my mobile phone to find out where the skip was going. He dropped the skip off onto the driveway as close to the garage as he could and on arrival, it was perfectly placed. Work completed and the property left, the customer was asked to let me know when the skip was gone the following day. As agreed, the skip was collected which left our customer chuffed to bits. From my initial phone call, i have received confirmation bookings for both drop off and the collection, followed by the invoice, i did not have to chase up anything from them. I will continue to use this company whilst i operate in their areas. Thank you to the office staff and the drivers for an excellent professional service, stay safe.”
