The girls on the phone were polite/professional, the drivers have both times been pleasant and friendly and the general customer service has been great. “I had to hire a few different skips for clearing out of a house ready to move. Each time we needed a skip they were round with plenty of advanced notice so I could clear the space. In and out of drop off within just a few minutes. I don’t have the easiest access but each driver must have read my notes well and left the skips exactly where was needed. I had plenty of time to fill them up with nearly 2 weeks on each. I only had one time my delivery date couldn't be had, but instead I was offered the day before which worked out even better for me. Each time, fantastic service from all, especially Bev & Sacha.”

“I rang Dunmow to request the removal of an old double mattress. Two cheerfull men (who had collected from me before) arrived two days later and the mattress had gone within 10 minutes.. I would use Dunmow again for all clearances. M W. Chelmsford”

“I've had a couple of skips from Dunmow Group and both times the service has been exceptional! I've received a text when the driver is on his way to drop off and pick up. When calling to ask questions office staff have been extremely helpful as have the drivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
