“The service when they came to pick up the Sofa was excellent. However, they took my order, orginially told me they were unable to collect on the day that I had booked, asked me for a 7am pickup and didn't arrive until close to 8.”

“I have used Dunmow twice in the last fortnight during renovations to my property. On time, and always available on the phone...great customer service. They take photos of the site when dropping off and they also take photos of the waste once it has been collected to ensure responsible waste removal. Highly recommend and will continue to use should I need another skip.”

“I won’t use the Dunmow Group again. They initially delivered the wrong skip which cost me 3 days and then didn’t collect when they were supposed to and nearly set back other work where the space was required. Not great all round and there will be other skip companies I will be using in future.”

“Job not done on time After 3 days I called and was told the waste had been collected which it had not They did send a van to collect the waste but only after I’d called to complain”
