“Issue with order and very slow customer service, paid for next day delivery for items to finally arrive a week later with no refund of postage. Some products fantastic others mediocre, customer services not interested in contacting you to discuss”

“The Flawless Moisturizer Intense has completely transformed my skin. I knew my barrier was damaged, but I didn't realize just how much until I tried this and discovered what a healthy skin barrier actually feels like. This is the only moisturizer I've found that makes using tretinoin a breeze. I hope Dr. Sam's never stops making it, because I never want to be without it!”

“I've been using the Daily Cleaners for over a year and it's the nicest product I've used on my acne prone skin, very gentle and makes my skin feel properly clean as well! The gel texture is really soothing and moves over the skin with ease. Have just started tryint the neutralising gel which is giving promising results but too soon to tell completely. I love this brand”
