“I already purchased my second order of the flawless neutralising gel. It's really doing wonders with my skin. I have been struggling with acne for the past 10 years and this product has been so far the only one where I noticed a positive change, not to mention after such a short time. I started using the flawless nightly serum only recently but I think that with the combination with the gel it's helping my skin a lot. Thank you so much!”

“Love the products. This is my 3rd time purchasing. The products really have made an amazing difference to my skin. I’ve always looked after my skin but after using these products there is a noticeable difference from before. They are simple and easy to use. There’s nothing complicated about them. I’m too old to do all this layering malarkey!! With these products there’s max 2 serums for the day and a moisturiser and 2 serums for the night and the same moisturiser. There’s nothing complicated about it. There are clear instructions on how to introduce the products to your skin. I’m definitely going to continue using Dr Sam’s products. The one recommendation for consideration I would give the company is that I purchased the products via the shop app. Would be good if there was the auto replenish option on the shop app. I think I’ll have to purchase again but via the official website to select the auto replenish option”

“I like the website and the fact that the routine with DR sams is simple. I dont like the fact that I need to enter my Flawless subscription via different link/page (that was sent to my email) and not directly via drsams.com When I log into my account. Also, I appreciate the fact that within the subscription I can change the date of next shipment. Also, I consider the products a bit pricey so I am curious to see if it will be worth it.”

“Dr. Sam’s web site is very easy to navigate. I wish the products shipped from the US. However, I am pleased that the overseas shipping is less than eight days from the order date. I have highly reactive rosacea prone hypersensitive skin. Her products saved my skin.”
