“I received an email in the middle of the night to let me know that my subscription of three items is getting shipped. I had forgotten to change or amend the items as I now needed different ones. I contacted Dr Sam’s customer service which was very good but basically it was too late to cancel the order. I was advised to refuse the delivery when the Royal Mail delivers it. So this is what I did. I will now re-order the items I need.
So problem sorted, however this is of course extra hassle for everyone. Hence if I may, I would suggest that if you could send an email a day or two before the subscription delivery is due, this could then act as a prompt to amend or skip the order, if needed. Other subscriptions that I have had seem to do it, and it think it’s a helpful thing to have, in order to avoid unwanted deliveries.

“I love Dr Sam products. They have really transformed my skin. I’ve only needed to use the cleanser and moisturiser (original & intense) to make my skin so much better! I had a facial done 11 months ago and instead of helping my skin - it ruined it. It took me months to find products to help my skin get back to normal and after 9 months & several brands, Dr Sam was just amazing and transformed my skin. Only issue is - when you gain points, they don’t notify you in the checkout you can’t use both points & a discount code - so I got sent a points code but it’s split my ‘points up’ so I know have mini vouchers rather than 1 big one but that’s just a minor issue.”
“Extremely frustrated with recent experience ordering on the website. Firstly I set up a duplicate subscription (in error) and having emailed customer service to cancel, I am still waiting for a response 5 days later. Secondly I ordered a product to be delivered to me, but somehow I or the system selected the wrong shipping address - and the item has now been sent and received and I still dont have the product I wanted.. Feel like tearing my hair out and need to go and calm down. Never had these issues with subscriptions or orders in the past....”
