“I love the Dr Sam products but I find it very frustrating that I’ve built up points which I can’t use, because I get more discount from using an instagram code and there’s no option to use both at the same time. Essentially the points system is pointless (pardon the pun) because you’ll never benefit from using them.”

Regarding your reward points, although you cannot combine multiple discounts in one transaction, we can see that it would have been of greater value to use your reward points on your last order, rather than the promo code you used, and have got in touch directly to provide further assistance. There are also opportunities to get free full-sized products (for example a Body Therapy worth £34) when you move up the tiers within the Flawless Rewards scheme, as an extra token of our appreciation for your loyalty to the brand. Just as a reminder, you can also save 20% on all of your Dr Sam's products by subscribing to our Flawless 365 delivery service. We hope this helps!

“I love the products but as I use the 365 flawless subscription I can not use my rewards and if I did want to buy extra products I can only use £10 max of the rewards. So for me the rewards scheme is not much of a benefit. Also I would like an email notification the week before my subscription is due so I could amend the order if necessary.”

“I was suffering with severe acne before, I was on multiple different medications, and felt as though I was ready to give up after trying all kinds of skincare. I kept seeing Dr Sam’s being advertised, and have been using it for 2 months, and my skin has been transformed. It is 10x clearer, and I have my confidence back. I am no longer taking any medication, I don’t need to..the skincare has been a complete lifesaver for me. Albeit quite expensive, but every penny worthwhile.”

“It was a relatively straightforward process. Redeeming points could be easier, but it worked. Like the products but wanted the moisturiser to be in a tube (50ml) to go on holiday/travel with, so am annoyed with myself for getting a bottle with a pump dispenser. Would have been good to see the relevant container when I clicked on the product size I selected.”
